Coping with Loss: A Grief Support Group

Losing someone you love is emotional and challenging in so many ways. Find help in our Grief Support Group. Each week attend a video seminar featuring some of the nation’s foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Each seminar is combined with a small group discussion time to allow group participants to talk about the content of the seminar and about how they are dealing with the death of their loved one. Sessions include “Is This Normal?” “The Challenges of Grief,” “Grief and Your Relationships,” “Why?” and “Guilt and Anger.”

Runs October 31-Nov 28 (5 weeks). You may join at any time. Meets Sundays 11:45am-1:15pm at Tower Hill with leaders Pastor Theresa Swenson, Carol Giegerich, Stephen Warrenburg and Will Somers.
